The declarations are not prayers, but rather declarations made from a basis of spiritual authority (Eph. 2:4-6). They represent the standard approach taken in Acts (Acts 3:6; 9:34, 40; 14:8-9; 16:16-18), as well as those who I have worked with in Asia and Africa.
Consider using these as a starting point to suggest ways you can ‘speak to the mountain’ (Mark 11:22-23) according to the measure of faith you have at any time. They can be very effective when used according to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
