We have now been through a thorough self-examination of all of the major areas that lead to spiritual oppression. Now, just take a couple of minutes to pray Psalm 139:23-24, “Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”
Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that would be best confessed, forsaken and let go of. If anything arises, handle it in prayer, and address any demonic connections.
If not, pray along these lines: Dear Lord, I thank you for cleansing me and setting me free from every sin and every bondage. I bind and rebuke and cast out any demons that have not been addressed so far. You are not permitted to stay here, you must leave in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I cover myself with the blood of Jesus and ask you, Holy Father, to fill me with the Holy Spirit.
Please help me to be very alert to your Holy Spirit, so I can stay alert and pure and holy. Please send your angels to minister to me and protect me, so that I can love you and serve you and help others to be free. Amen.
